The DIY+AffordAssist Service is a phone based service. Where selected, the buyer will be required to take an active role in property inspections/ sourcing property:
> Provides considerable cost savings when compared to Full Service. A hand-on experience. Preferred by most. Working together, benefit of learning and tapping into the AffordAssist buyer’s agent mentoring, sharing of knowledge and experience; and
> Includes completing the AffordAssist, click to view Offer Preparation Form for each property that an offer is to be submitted.
The Retainer Fee is refundable under certain outcomes, refer to AffordAssist for details. Balance of the service fee may be included in settlement funds or payment plan.
